Women’s Ministries
We will grow together with special events each quarter that include outreach opportunities, Christmas cookie exchange, Spring Brunch and women’s retreats. Keep an eye out for the details about these events and be sure to invite your friends.
We deepen our roots in faith in Community Groups
Tuesday Morning Bible Study meets at 9:30 -11:00 a.m. in the Upper Room. They are in a series called “A Closer Look at Your Identity in Christ”. Sue Dressler is the leader.
Wednesday Morning Mom’s Group meets 9:00 – 11 in the Upper Room. Childcare is provided. They are studying “Seamless” by Angie Smith. Abby Huizenga is the leader.
Wednesday Morning Study and Prayer Group meets 9:30 – 11:00 in Lounge 201. This group shares life together, studies the Bible or a discussion book and spends time journaling as a spiritual practice. Deborah Allen and Arlene Cheff will welcome you to the group.

We are excited to announce that over the course of the next two years we are building a partnership with Naomi’s House, a ministry of The Moody Church. Their mission is to “provide lifelong hope and healing through long-term, residential, comprehensive care for women who have suffered sexual exploitation.” In the immediate future, we are partnering with them in prayer and awareness of the issue. As they develop, we will partner with them in more tangible ways through financial support and practical support. Senior’s Ministries
The Final Quarter
A group for retired men meets each Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast, and lively discussion about relevant topics…they will often bring in special speakers, look at God’s Word, share their “stories” etc. All Are Welcome!
Senior Lunch Specials
Every 2nd Tuesday 11am at church there will be a interesting program followed by a delicious hot lunch. Sign up in the church office.
Men’s Ministries
Men’s Fraternity: Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. through March
Do you want to be a better father, husband, leader at home, at work or in the community? Men’s Fraternity is effectively a leadership class for men designed by Rob Lewis, which uses all kinds of material (including the Bible) to instruct men via time-tested ways on how to lead courageously. Show up each Wednesday morning at 6am with a pen – we’ll provide a book – grab coffee, a bagel and say hello to friends. At 6:15am sharp, grab a seat at a table and we start a 30 minute DVD; after DVD, group discussion with the other men at your table. We hard-stop at 7:20am so you can get to work. Many guys work in the city and either take the 7:40 direct train, or drive downtown together. There are downloads you can watch if you miss a session.

All men are welcome for Bible Study – currently studying “The Book of Acts”, 7:30-8:30 a.m. Led by Frank Peard.
Thursday Morning Men’s Bible Study
All men are welcome for Bible study – Currently studying “The New Covenant” from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Led by Mike Stone.
Saturday Morning Men’s Bible Study
All men are welcome for breakfast and Bible study – the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at 7:00 a.m.
Men’s Softball 2016
Join the roster for the Hinsdale Covenant men’s 12″ Softball Team! They play on Monday nights at Ty Warner Park in Westmont. Must be 18+ to play. Checks for $50 to Player/Coach Paul Allen.
